"Posterity, you will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in heaven that ever I took half the pains to preserve it." -John Adams

Welcome to Patriot's Lament. We strive here to educate ourselves on Liberty. We will not worry ourselves so much with the daily antics of American politics, and drown ourselves in the murky waters of the political right or left.
Instead, we will look to the Intellectuals and Champions of Liberty, and draw on their wisdom of what it is to be a truly free people. We will learn from where our Providential Liberties are derived, and put the proper perspective of a Free Individual and the State.
Please join us!

Patriot's Lament May 4, 2013: Being A Patriot and All Is Not Lost

In this episode we talk about those elite killers that take on the mighty and evil terrorists!!
Who are these brave warriors? Punks who sit behind a computer screen and kill little kids 7000 miles away from them using a drone. This practice is so disgusting, if you know a drone pilot you should do your best to make that person as uncomfortable as you can when meeting them or confronting them. Instead of getting esteem from people, they should feel our disgust in what they do for a living. Mock them. We also talk about an incident in Alaska where the State is exposed on camera violating a person.

Old war or new? "There is nothing new under the sun"

How true these words are.

The old war, Liberty vs. the State. Whether man can or should be free to do with his Life, Liberty and Property as he sees fit. Isn't Property all these 3?
The State, particularly the U.S. state, sees itself as the ultimate arbiter of all these things that the founders of this people took for granted as the basic Rights of man.
But how?
Isn't every politician voted into office but a mere mortal?
And yet these, these treacherous beings of the State, claim that some certain people are not worthy of Rights that others have.
Hmm.
The Japanese internment?
Who are these, mere mortals that will face the same judgment that all men will face, to decide what is right for you and for me?
Randy Weaver?
Waco?
Boston?
Our Liberty, the basic ones, the Unalienable ones, that De La Boetie and Locke showed for the world to see 300, no 450 years ago, that could not be infringed save the minimum tacit support of a people.
And at whose cost?
Those same people.
The Leviathan State of America routinely devours even the most basic human Rights that a person has.
The TSA? Airport security, what kind of people subject themselves to such ridicule, only to be told, "you don't have to fly."
And who are these gods that claim the right to hold you and touch you and prevent you from travel?
Mere men, most that were jobless before they became TSA "agents."
Law Enforcement officers are caught daily on camera beating, shooting, and abusing all manner of men, women and even children. The only "peace" they are concerned with is the peace of the State. Who are these brave Combatants that "risk their very lives" as they march into a protest of unarmed, sitting people, clubs swinging? Just other people. No more.
 We have a State department that has decided what things are not to be on the Internet. Every sort of filth is allowed by these gods, but not simple plans to build an even more simple gun. They claim ownership of these plans and say that mere mortals cannot have them.
Who are these gods in the State department? Just a bunch of people.

The Tyranny goes on and on; we live in a Corporate State that is literally feeding off the wealth of the people who live within its borders, in a way that has never before been seen in history. Their standard of living continues to rise and rise, while the sheep continue to feed them, and live on less, and are beaten and killed for asking why this is.
But I do think their time is short. Very short. The frantic way the State is increasing its militaristic approach on its "own people" tells me they are very afraid, and know their time draws to an end.

Psalms 3
 O Lord, how many are my foes!
    Many are rising against me;
many are saying of my soul,
    there is no salvation for him in God. Selah[a]
But you, O Lord, are a shield about me,
    my glory, and the lifter of my head.
I cried aloud to the Lord,
    and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah
I lay down and slept;
    I woke again, for the Lord sustained me.
I will not be afraid of many thousands of people
    who have set themselves against me all around.
Arise, O Lord!
    Save me, O my God!
For you strike all my enemies on the cheek;
    you break the teeth of the wicked.
Salvation belongs to the Lord;
    your blessing be on your people!

Patriot's Lament November 10, 2012: Majority Rule and Worth Your Time To Prepare

In this episode THE ELECTIONS ARE FINALLY OVER!!! And of course there is great weeping and gnashing of teeth that Obama has won yet again. But we point out, nothing would have changed would Romney have won. Do you think the national debt would have been fixed? We also ask, are you better off now than 4 years ago? Aaron and I are, much better off, and it has nothing to do with who is president of the U.S.
So people, make your life better, it's YOUR responsibility, not the State. If you rely on it, you will be no better off than the people in New York and New Jersey after Hurricane Sandy. Be a MAN. Prepare for what is coming and quit letting the State decide how your life will be. And all you "Revolutionaries," you are no different, you just want your king to rule. We want no kings.

Back to top: Patriot's Lament December 10th 2011, Bury the myth of nullification!!!

I was listening to this today and decided to repost it. Get it out of your head. There is no Santa Claus, tooth fairy, or State nullification.
This is a total police State.

Patriot's Lament August 4, 2012: Can You Vote For Freedom and Bring Your Brain

In this episode we claim that voting is the reason for American apathy, and ask if you cannot gain freedom by voting, why do you vote?! What freedom have we ever gotten from voting? It's the slaves choice.In the second hour,we claim that anything you vote on,you give your consent for the outcome.You admit you only have Rights that the State allows you to have. Are we free or are we slaves?!! Please don't hurt me Mr. State!! Slave.

One year of Revolution Radio!

Tomorrow we celebrate our first year of the Radio Program, Patriot's Lament.
It's been a lot of fun, and we have had some awesome guests.

Special thanks to my brother Aaron for being a part of the show; your insight is always valuable, and fun. Thanks for putting the idea of the show in my head, and for always saying, "We can do this, Josh!"
Also, special thanks to my new brother David Giessel; your insight on Liberty and economics has taught me a lot, it has been a blast, and you will be missed. Thanks for keeping Radio Free Fairbanks rolling! Make sure you call in from places unknown and check in from time to time.
Both these guys are unshakeable in their conviction, that the State is the enemy of the people.
They hate the State.
You don't find solid folks like these much anymore. Whenever I hear of or think of an issue involving the State, I know almost exactly what Aaron and David think of the issue. The State is the enemy of the people. The state is the problem.
The 3 of us, I think, made an awesome team for the program. We don't agree on everything, we have differing views on this or that, but when it comes down to it, We Hate the State.
I have had a great time, and I appreciate the support you all have shown, the listeners and the callers, and all of you that read this blog and comment.
Last but certainly not least, the man with the face made for radio, our good friend Steve Floyd. Thank you for all your work behind the board making sure things run smooth, I know it must be frustrating for you when we show up and you ask, "Whats the topic today?" and we reply, "We don't know." lol

I hope some of you have found value in our small Pursuit of Liberty.

So Aaron, David, and Steve, godless monkeys one and all, thank you. Those of you who like us and "get it," thank you. Those who listen but don't get it yet, keep listening. Those who hate us, thank you, too. We love your calls the most.

Here's to another year of Revolution Radio.
